Cyber security threats are real and dangerous, and are growing in number and sophistication. They can adversely affect the ability of government and the private sector to provide essential functions and services to our citizens. The Oregon Federal Executive Board and FEMA Region 10 presented "Resilient Accord Oregon 2010" on September 9, 2010 at the Red Lion Inn Convention Center in Portland. “Resilient Accord” was designed for federal, state and local government, non-profit and private sector senior decision makers, emergency managers, human resources personnel, IT professionals and public affairs officers. The exercise objective was to increase the awareness of the cyber threat and continuity planning considerations, so organizations can continue to carry out their mission through such an emergency.
