EMI e-Forums are 1-hour, moderated, webinar discussion forums that provide an opportunity for EMI and the emergency management community to discuss matters of interest on national preparedness training. EMI e-Forums facilitate a discussion of whole community-presented best practices. The panel members are whole community, with topics relevant to whole community. These exchange of ideas are free of charge and available to anyone who wishes to participate. March topics will include:

ICS-400 Advanced ICS Command and General Staff - Complex Incidents

Oregon Wing Civil Air Patrol is offering a special weekend opportunity to attend the ICS 400 Course (Advanced ICS Command and General Staff-Complex Incidents) at its Aurora Airport Operations Center on March 9-10, 2019. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who are unable to attend a course during the normal workweek. Special emphasis will be given to the role of volunteer agencies in disaster operations.
