Crisis Continuity Coalition (C3) Quarterly Meeting

  • Port of Porland 7200 Northeast Airport Way Portland, OR, 97218 United States (map)

The Port of Portland has kindly offered to host our October meeting. We will have our regular meeting from 0900-1100, followed by an optional tour of the Port facilities, lunch, and tour of TSA at the airport from 1115-1430 (exact end TBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to get to know some of community’s most critical capabilities a bit better, and learn more about how our Port and TSA colleagues do emergency planning and response.

Logistics:

Please park in the long or short term parking lots (sometimes the long term one is full by 9am). As you drive up you will see the entrance to the long term, followed by the short term lot. Please park closest to where you end the parking garage (north side of the parking garage) and the concourse E construction. Take the elevator down to the tunnel (T) and turn right following the signage to the Port offices. You will be in the North Tunnel. Port Offices are marked at the end of the North Tunnel opposite direction from the airport. If you do not see the Port Offices at the end of the Tunnel, you are in the South Tunnel and will need to walk to the terminal turn right and find the North Tunnel entrance. Take the elevator to 8th floor reception. We will validate your parking tickets when you sign in.

The Oregon FEB , FEMA, and GSA have partnered since 2004 to coordinate an emergency preparedness working group in the region, called the Crisis Continuity Coalition (C3). Regularly scheduled meetings occur every three months on the fourth Wednesday. Federal professionals in Oregon and SW Washington with responsibilities for emergency management, security, safety, human resources, facilities, records management, procurement and public information are welcome to participate.
